Duffworx Consulting LLC ("Duffworx," "we," "our," or "us") provides websites, landing pages, AI assistant setup, SEO services, website care plans, and digital marketing-related services to clients.

Project Scope & Pricing

Project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are based on the selected package or a separate written agreement between Duffworx and the client. Work performed outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and a revised timeline.

Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins on a project.
• Final payment may be required before launch, transfer, or final delivery of the project.
• Monthly services, hosting, care plans, AI tools, SEO, and add-ons may include recurring fees billed on an ongoing basis.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide:

• Accurate business information
• Content, images, and any required materials
• Timely approvals and feedback
• Access to necessary accounts, platforms, or services

Project timelines may depend on client responsiveness as well as third-party platforms and services outside of Duffworx's control.

Revisions

Website and project content can be revised within the agreed project scope. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

No Guarantees

Duffworx does not guarantee specific search rankings, sales volume, lead quantity, or revenue outcomes. While we apply industry best practices, results depend on many factors outside our direct control.

Legal & Compliance

The client is solely responsible for maintaining valid business licenses, complying with applicable laws and industry regulations, and ensuring the accuracy of any claims or representations made on their website or in their marketing materials.
