Meet Cassian Scott-McDuffie

Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, improving customer experiences, and developing innovative strategies that increase business performance and profitability.

Before founding Duffworx Consulting, I managed a $334 million annual telecommunications revenue portfolio, where I was responsible for driving operational excellence, improving customer experience, and identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth.

During my leadership, the annual growth objective was 4%, yet the strategies and initiatives I helped implement consistently achieved approximately 8% annual growth, effectively doubling business expectations and contributing more than $13 million in additional annual revenue above target.

Earlier in my career, I built and led a successful real estate business in New York during one of the most challenging housing markets in modern history. While much of the industry struggled during the 2008–2009 financial crisis, my business continued to grow. My performance earned recognition in Broker's Weekly as a "Broker to Watch," and I successfully expanded operations into multiple office locations.

I have also managed complete residential renovation projects—from structural framing through beautifully finished interiors—giving me firsthand insight into project management, construction, budgeting, customer expectations, and the day-to-day realities faced by contractors and service businesses.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature with additional studies in Sociology and Psychology, along with a Master's degree in Business Management and Leadership.
